Nightmare horrible experience
I was extremely excited to go to the concert, having bought my ticket almost 8 months ago for a seat next to the catwalk stage. My dream was to stand up and stay next to the fence, but upon stepping into the arena, I saw two more seats next to me, numbered 14-15. I had planned to stand next to the stage, but to my disappointment, the arena had added two more seats in front of me, making it impossible for me to stay next to the stage. This was a very nasty thing to happen, especially considering I had followed up for a long time to secure a seat next to the stage. It was also frustrating to learn that the additional seats were not on the ticket master and were sold at the box office. Despite the arena manager, SARAH, initially telling me to sit at seat 15 next to the stage, two people with tickets for seats 14-15 showed up and did not sit at 13-14. After arguing with SARAH, I was forced to sit at seat 13, which made me feel very bad and disappointed. Throughout the concert, I felt sad and upset, as this situation was very unfair and left me in a bad mood.
